Hands-on Phonics in Reading, HOPIR, is a training program designed for educators or parents to use with learners who are beginning readers, those with learning disabilities, adults who want to learn to read and English learners. The program does not require the purchase of books, CDs or other gadgets.
Independent Readers
Once the Hands-on Phonics method is learned, the learners become independent readers.
Learners At Any Age
Hands-on Phonics is taught at the pre-school level, throughout all grade levels, and to adult learners.
